Before requesting your Strategy Conversation, complete the 10 Foundations Assessment. Choose your preferred time and submit the short booking form. Wendy will review your assessment and booking request, then email your confirmation and Zoom details. A focused 60-minute Zoom strategy session for one report, lab pattern, recommendation, or health-navigation question. Wendy helps connect the genes, labs, environment, symptoms, and story so you can identify what matters most right now. You’ll leave with clearer priorities, better questions to bring to your care team, and one practical next step—without trying to solve everything at once. This service provides education, interpretation, and health navigation. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical care.
