A Different Approach to Health Support

We focus on education, patterns, and root-cause wellness—not chasing symptoms.

Your Terrain Determines Your Resilience

EHRI

Our work blends science, lived experience, and practical support.

We combine:

• Functional and genetic insight
• Nutrition and detox education
• Nervous system and inflammation support
• Real-life, practical guidance you can actually apply

Terrain health looks at how your body processes toxins, infections, inflammation, nutrients, and stress.

When the body’s terrain becomes overwhelmed, symptoms often begin showing up across multiple systems — sometimes long before traditional tests reveal clear answers.

By understanding these pathways, we can begin supporting the body’s natural resilience rather than simply chasing symptoms.

Everything we share is explained in plain language, at a pace that feels supportive and empowering.

If you’ve been searching for answers, you’re not alone — and you’re not crazy.

We hear you.

What Working Together Looks Like

Wendy is based in Beaver County and has been present in the community since the East Palestine derailment, living within close proximity to the impacted area. She was on the ground during the one-year anniversary alongside Jill Rosencrance, a Pittsburgh-based naturopathic provider who brings extensive insight into air quality, environmental exposure, and whole-body health.

Together, they have spent time listening to residents, families, and researchers—committed to helping individuals make sense of lingering health concerns and take informed, practical steps forward.

Their work is supported through collaboration with Dr. Christina Rahm, a research scientist known for her work in land, air, and water remediation. This partnership helps translate emerging research into real-world, human-centered wellness support.

While legal proceedings and regulatory decisions continue, Wendy and Jill focus on what can be done now—supporting individuals and families in restoring balance, reducing overwhelm, and strengthening their personal health terrain.

This work is about empowerment, not waiting.

Let’s reset your terrain while larger systems determine next steps.

This is:

  • Educational, root-cause wellness guidance

  • Support informed by functional genetics and terrain-based health

  • Collaborative and respectful

This is not:

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment

  • A replacement for your doctor

  • A one-size-fits-all protocol

You are always in control of your choices and pace.

We are not diagnosing disease.

We are helping people understand their biology so they can make informed decisions about their health.
