Site Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 23, 2026

Welcome to Clicks for a Cause, operated by Wendy Jean Schell (“Clicks for a Cause,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit www.clicks4acause.com, submit a form or assessment, book or purchase a service, access client resources, or otherwise interact with Clicks for a Cause.
By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

1. Eligibility

Clicks for a Cause currently offers and sells its paid services to clients located in Pennsylvania.
Adults may purchase services for themselves. A minor may participate in genetics, wellness, educational, or related services with the prior consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate information, completing required permissions, overseeing the minor’s participation, and making all healthcare decisions with appropriately licensed professionals.
Third-party laboratories and platforms may impose their own age, identity, geographic, consent, or eligibility requirements. Those requirements still apply and may limit which tests, reports, dashboards, or features are available to a minor.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use only your own health, wellness, and genetic information, or information for a minor or another person when you have lawful authority and permission to provide it.
2. Educational and Wellness Scope
Clicks for a Cause provides educational information, wellness strategy, client advocacy, personalized planning, and support for understanding health and genetic information. We are not a medical practice, laboratory, pharmacy, mental-health provider, or emergency service. Our services do not create a physician-patient, therapist-patient, or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship.
Nothing on this website, in an assessment, in a report, in a dashboard, or during a conversation is medical advice or a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, cure, or substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Always consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before beginning or changing a diet, supplement, medication, exercise program, test, or treatment. Do not delay or disregard professional medical care because of information received from us. If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service.
Statements about dietary supplements or other products have not necessarily been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless specifically authorized by law.
3. Services and Client Journey
Our website may offer assessments, strategy conversations, genetics and health blueprint reviews, invitation-only deep-dive services, professional partner conversations, and other educational or wellness services.
The 10 Foundations Assessment and other intake forms are educational and administrative tools. They are not diagnostic tests. Submitting an assessment or form does not guarantee that a particular service is appropriate or available and does not, by itself, create a client relationship.
Some services may be visible on the website but require assessment review, data confirmation, or a private invitation before booking. Other services may be paused, hidden, or unavailable for public booking. We may accept, decline, cancel, or redirect a request when a service is not appropriate, available, or within our scope.
The service description, price, duration, delivery method, availability, and booking terms shown at the time of booking are part of these Terms. Sessions may be delivered by video call, telephone, or another method identified in the booking confirmation. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet or telephone access, and a private environment for remote sessions.
Educational insights and strategies are personalized to the information available at the time. Results and outcomes vary, and no specific health, financial, business, or personal outcome is promised or guaranteed.
4. Practitioner Dashboard and Third-Party Platforms
When included in a service, you may be invited into a practitioner dashboard or another client platform, including SelfDecode or a successor platform, as part of your client experience. Unless a separate charge is clearly disclosed before purchase, dashboard onboarding is included in the applicable service and is not a cash credit or separately refundable item.
Dashboard and platform access may require you to create an account and accept the platform provider’s own terms, privacy policy, subscription rules, and eligibility requirements. Third-party platforms control their technology, security, features, pricing, availability, and data practices. We do not control and are not responsible for platform outages, feature changes, account decisions, or acts or omissions of a third-party provider.
We may use information you choose to provide through a dashboard to prepare for and deliver your services. Do not upload information you do not have permission to use.
5. Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment may be collected through Wix or another third-party payment processor. We do not directly control the payment processor’s systems or policies.
The cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms displayed at checkout, in the booking confirmation, or in a separate written service agreement are incorporated into these Terms. If no specific policy is displayed, contact info@clicks4acause.com before purchase if you need clarification.
Completed sessions, delivered personalized work, activated third-party services, and accessed digital materials may not be refundable except when required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If we cancel a paid service before it is delivered and no reasonable alternative is accepted, we will provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.
An invitation-only or assessment-gated service does not become publicly available merely because a person obtains a direct link. We may cancel an ineligible or unauthorized booking and return any amount paid for the undelivered service.
6. Genetics and Direct-to-Consumer Information
Genetic reports and raw DNA interpretations are informational and probabilistic. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, updated over time, or affected by the quality and compatibility of the source data. They are not clinical genetic tests and should not be used alone for medical decisions.
Genetic information may reveal unexpected or emotionally sensitive information and may have implications for biological relatives. It may also affect decisions involving life, disability, or long-term-care insurance. Consider speaking with a licensed physician, genetic counselor, attorney, or insurance professional before testing or acting on genetic information.
The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (“GINA”) generally provides certain protections involving health insurance and employment, but it does not cover every situation and generally does not apply to life, disability, or long-term-care insurance. We do not provide legal or insurance advice.
SelfDecode and other providers determine which kits, laboratory services, reports, raw-data sources, and geographic locations they support. Those rules may change. Review the provider’s current eligibility, terms, privacy practices, and product information before purchasing or uploading data.
7. Privacy and Sensitive Information
Our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.clicks4acause.com/privacy-policy and explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose information. It is incorporated into these Terms.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive contact information, assessment responses, booking information, payment status, wellness information, genetic reports or raw-data-related information, messages, and client-dashboard activity. Payment-card details are generally handled by the applicable payment processor.
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate service fit, provide services, manage bookings and client access, communicate with you, maintain records, improve operations, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal or genetic information. We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to service providers and platforms that support our operations, such as Wix, payment processors, email and scheduling providers, practitioner-dashboard providers, and professional advisers, or when required by law. Each third party may have its own terms and privacy practices.
Clicks for a Cause is a wellness education and advocacy business and may not be a “covered entity” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Do not assume that every communication or platform is governed by HIPAA. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email, video call, or data-storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a legally reportable breach occurs, we will provide notices as required by applicable law.
8. Email and Service Communications
When you subscribe to marketing communications, you consent to receive news, educational content, event information, promotions, affiliate information, and community resources from info@clicks4acause.com. Frequency
may vary.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional messages about forms, purchases, appointments, accounts, dashboards, or services you requested.
9. Affiliates, Products, and Professional Partners
We may recommend or link to products and services we personally use or believe may be relevant. We may receive a commission, referral benefit, free product, discount, or other value when you use certain links or make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Material relationships should also be disclosed clearly near the applicable recommendation or link.
Affiliate and referral relationships may include SelfDecode, The Root Brands, Cronometer, Amazon Associates, and other programs added or changed over time. A recommendation is not a guarantee that a product or service is appropriate for you. Read product labels, review the provider’s terms, and consult a licensed healthcare professional when appropriate.
Members of Wendy’s Trusted Partner Network and other professional contacts are independent persons or businesses. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, a listing, introduction, complimentary partner conversation, collaboration discussion, or referral does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, legal partnership, fiduciary relationship, endorsement, or guarantee of services or results.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise credited, the website design, original text, artwork, photography, graphics, logos, reports, downloads, and other original materials are owned by Wendy Jean Schell or Clicks for a Cause and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use materials only for your personal, noncommercial use unless we give written permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, scrape, train an artificial-intelligence system on, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.
To request permission to license or feature Wendy’s artwork or other materials, contact info@clicks4acause.com.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, forms, booking system, dashboards, or services; attempt unauthorized access; upload unlawful or malicious content; impersonate another person; interfere with security or operations; violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights; or use our services for an unlawful purpose.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect clients, partners, systems, intellectual property, or legal compliance.
12. Third-Party Links and Content
The website may contain links, embedded tools, products, content, or services provided by third parties. These are provided for convenience and information. We do not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, privacy, security, claims, products, or services. Your use of a third party is governed by that party’s terms and policies.
13. Content Accuracy and Changes
We work to keep information accurate and current, but errors, omissions, outdated information, and technical issues may occur. We may correct content, update services, change availability, or discontinue features without prior notice when permitted by law.
14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, assessments, reports, dashboards, referrals, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of a particular result.
Clicks for a Cause and Wendy Jean Schell are not liable for decisions made solely from educational content; actions of independent partners or third-party platforms; incompatible or inaccurate third-party data; interruptions outside our reasonable control; or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Clicks for a Cause for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, technology, partners, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree in writing to another resolution process.
