All sales are final. We will replace any damaged or faulty manufacturing issues. Please provide us with your order information and product issue and we will investigate your exchange request.

Boutique Terms of Sale

All sales are final as each of our products are printed on demand to fill your order.

-We are a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

- Final product color may vary from your computer and mobile device screen due to variances in monitors.

- We offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

- Product exchange requests need requested within 15 days of delivery.

- Production & shipping varies as we use several professional printers across the United Stated to fulfill our orders.

Built into the frame, along with protective felt bumpers. The hanging hardware is placed at the top of the frame

If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.

Key Poster features

Museum grade paper. Museum grade paper is known to be archival, which means it can be stored for a long time without turning yellow

Pigmented archival inks

Bright and intense colors that will not fade when exposed to sunlight regularly

Care instructions: If the poster does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth.

Hanging

Posters can be hung with double-sided tape, tacks, or framed.

Framed posters

Securely framed in one of three colors (black, white, or walnut), these premium posters exhibit their varied contents through archive-worthy photo paper and ink. For easy hanging, there’s a backing hardware piece. The framing is made of MDF - a move pointing toward ecological friendliness. Further ensuring durability, the bordering is low maintenance and resistant to swelling and warping.

Frames are made out of medium-density fibreboard, available in black, white, and walnut colors

Our print manufacturers use several different types of packaging, selecting the most appropriate and protection option based on the product type.

Posters

Posters are protected with tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes (circular and triangular).

Framed posters will be packaged in protective cardboard boxes.

Home & Living

High-quality poly-mailer bags are used for soft products, while cardboard boxes may be used for larger orders. Products that require extra protection will be shipped in padded mailers or cardboard boxes.

Wall clocks are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes with bubble wrap surrounding the clock.

Mugs

Mugs will be packaged in durable polystyrene boxes or recyclable cardboard boxes with additional inserts for padding.

Clothing

High-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in a variety of sizes (for larger orders).

Accessories

Waterproof poly-mailer bags are used. If required, padded mailer bags are used for extra protection
