About the event
Empowering Our Community for a Healthier Future
Hello Community!
I'm Wendy Jean, a resident of Beaver County, PA, just 15 miles away from East Palestine, and a devoted functional genomics practitioner specializing in environmental toxins. Two years after the East Palestine train derailment, it was an honor to attend the anniversary commemoration on February 3rd, 2025. This event reinforced my ongoing commitment to advocating for clean, non-toxic environments, crucial for healing and overall well-being, especially for those of us battling conditions like Lyme disease. My advocacy journey has spanned from Pennsylvania to Washington, D.C., striving for change and awareness.
Being part of this experience emphasized the importance of community resilience and proactive health measures. As we gathered, shared stories, and learned from specialists, it became clear: united, we can overcome and thrive despite challenges.
I’m thrilled to extend an invitation to an upcoming event I am co-hosting:
